All guided soul messages are created with care, intention, and energetic presence. Due to the intuitive and spiritual nature of this work — and because each message is channeled specifically for you — no refunds are offered once a message has been delivered.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your 15-minute phone consultation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Emergencies happen — just reach out and we’ll find a new time that works.
